Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Our Recreational Gymnastics Program is designed for kids of all skill levels who want to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will learn fundamental gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor while focusing on proper technique and safety. Classes are structured to promote physical development, goal setting, and a love for movement through engaging drills and creative challenges. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve existing skills, this program offers the perfect balance of fitness and fun!

Recreational Class Options

Ages 5+

Beginner Gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to get started! This class introduces fundamental skills while teaching athletes how to safely and properly use all of the gymnastics equipment. Class time is spent working on beginner-level skills across all four events: bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Athletes will also focus on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Classes are 50 minutes long and meet once per week. Gymnasts have the option to sign up for multiple classes per week for continued progress and confidence-building.

Ages 5+

Our Intermediate Gymnastics class is perfect for athletes who have mastered beginner skills and are ready to take on new challenges. In this class, gymnasts will continue developing technique while working on more advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Athletes will focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and control as they learn progressions such as back walkovers, handstand holds, pullovers, and more. Classes are 50 minutes long and meet once per week, with the option to enroll in multiple classes weekly for faster skill progression and improved confidence.

Ages 5+

Advanced Gymnastics is a great place for your athlete to continue elevating their gymnastics skills. In this class, athletes will refine and perfect advanced skills on bars, beam, floor, and vault/trampoline. Class time will be spent working on advanced tumbling passes, with an emphasis on technique, power, and execution. Athletes will also focus on strength, flexibility, and body control to help perform at their highest level. Classes are 50 minutes long and meet once per week, with the option to sign up for multiple classes to accelerate progress and elevate their gymnastics skills to the next level.
