Classes For All Ages & Skill Levels

Tumbling specifically refers to the practice of skills and techniques performed on the floor or trampoline. It focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination through skills such as flips, handsprings, and cartwheels. Tumbling is a great choice for those who love flips but prefer not to engage in the broader apparatus-based gymnastics training. Additionally, tumbling classes are a great add-on for all of the cheerleaders working on tumbling skills.

Recreational Class Options

Ages 5+

Our Basic Tumbling class is perfect for athletes who are just starting out. This class introduces fundamental tumbling skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and backbends. Athletes will also work on body awareness, coordination, and flexibility. It’s a great place to begin building confidence while learning the proper technique from the very beginning.

Ages 5+

Our Beginner Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have a basic understanding of movement and are ready to build on foundational skills. In this class, athletes will work on mastering cartwheels and round-offs, learning back walkovers, front walkovers, and beginning progressions for handsprings. Focus is placed on technique, strength, and flexibility to prepare athletes for the next level of tumbling in a fun and supportive environment.

Ages 5+

Our Intermediate Tumbling class is for athletes who have solid walkovers and are ready to progress into more advanced skills. This class focuses on back handsprings, front handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and connecting skills. Athletes will continue building strength, flexibility, and body control while refining technique and working toward clean, consistent tumbling passes. It’s the perfect next step for those ready to level up their skills in a focused, supportive setting.

Ages 5+

Our Advanced Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have mastered back handsprings and are ready for higher-level skills. This class focuses on connecting multiple back handsprings, back tucks, aerials, front tucks, layouts, and twisting progressions. Athletes will work on power, precision, and technique while continuing to develop strength and body control. This class provides the challenge and coaching needed to take tumbling to the elite level in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Stunt Class is perfect for athletes looking to build a strong foundation in stunting or take their skills to the next level. Led by certified instructors, athletes will work individually or in groups to master stunting techniques—from the basics to elite-level skills—all in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to improve your stunt performance, this class offers focused instruction to help you progress with confidence. Each class is 50 minutes long, and athletes can register for multiple sessions with the purchase of our Unlimited Tumbling Package.

Ages 6+

Our Flexibility Class is designed to help athletes improve their overall range of motion, control, and body alignment—key components for success in stunting, tumbling, and jumps. During this 50-minute class, athletes will focus on targeted stretches and mobility exercises to enhance performance, prevent injury, and support long-term progress in their sport. This class is a great addition to any training routine and is open to athletes of all levels. Multiple weekly sessions can be added with the Unlimited Tumbling Package for those looking to see faster results.

Ages 6+

Our Jump Class is the perfect opportunity for athletes to improve height, flexibility, and overall jump technique. Each 50-minute session focuses on strength training, flexibility, and proper body mechanics to help athletes perfect their jumps with power and precision. Emphasis is placed on form and technique to ensure safe and effective progress. Classes are held once per week, and athletes looking to maximize their results can register for multiple sessions with the Unlimited Tumbling Package.
